Speed Up Your Internet Connection

Summary: a new Vista PC but i am now getting random lag spikes at intervals which last for about 1 2 seconds in game CSS COD4 ect I pinged an ip in command prompt and here are some results I just realized that these spikes happen almost at the exact interval I am using a Linksys USB Wireless G adapter with updated vista drivers I have a very strong connection with my network
