can a bsnl provided adsl plus 2 modem used as a wireless router for the psp?

I have a psp and adsl plus 2 modem of bsnl.I just wanted to know whether it cna be used as wireless router to access internet on a psp. If not,then what exxtraaaa things I require.plzzzzzzzzzz help i am really confused and please explain and get 10 points for sure.

1. I have a psp as well there are ways of modifying your modem to become a wireless router for all intensive purposes, but I wouldn't recommend that. I recommend that you go down to a Wal-Mart or Fry's Electronics or another electronics store and get a wireless router. They don't cost very much, you can get a Belkin router from Wal-Mart for about $30. You will also need some CAT5 or greater, cables. They should be included in the box. Just follow the instructions on the paper it's not that difficult. The ISP shouldn't matter as all ISP's send you to the same Internet. And if your still having problems my ID is my email.
