How much do I need to pay to get my house wired for cable, internet, and phone?

I'm planning to build a house, but I'm not sure how much it will cost to wire a house for about 10 outlets with cable, internet, and phone capabilities. Does anyone know? I appreciate any feedback.

1. You can wire it yourself for a few hundred. Pick a central location, then 'star' out the cabling to the locations you want in each room. You can buy a sheathed cable that has 2 cable and two network wires in it (you can use one of the network wires for phone), electrical boxes, leviton data plates, etc.
