How to Reconnect Time Warner Cable Internet Ouside of the House?

TWC will not come out to reconnect our internet (cable internet) for 7 days Does anyone know how to reconnect the service that is disconnected outside of the house? ANY HELP WILL BE GREAT.

2. first, if you are not a subscriber, this is called theft of service and TWC will sue. There is usually an access panel or a pedistal (SIC) every other house. In the AP, there is a distribution amp. You can find the cable that leads to your home and reconnect to the distribution amp. TWC may have put a tamper proof cap on your connection, if they did, this requires a special tool. oh yea, if TWC bans you, there is always xDSL and DirecTV. TWC needs customers more than the local telco does.

5. Connecting the cable outside will do you no good. The modem is shut down also anyway. That is done by computer. They might reconnect service if you pay your bill.
